a multifunctional sports zone featuring a two-level pump track and a concrete climbing wall, designed to cater to residents of all ages, highlights the growing role of asphalt pump tracks as a modern standard for active recreation, blending sports, leisure, and community development
This project was implemented in the "Gubernsky" district of Krasnodar in partnership with the developer company BC YugStroyInvest. The goal was to create a modern attraction point for residents of all ages, fostering physical development and enhancing the urban environment.
The 550 sq. meter pump track, designed by XSA Pump tracks, features a two-level track series, which maximizes the use of every available centimeter of space.
For added variety, a 100-square-meter concrete climbing wall was integrated into the overall design. A unique engineering solution separates the climbing wall and pump track, allowing riders and climbers to comfortably enjoy their activities without interfering with one another.
As a result, a multifunctional sports zone was created in a relatively small area, providing a safe and engaging environment for training and leisure. It appeals not only to rollerbladers, skateboarders, and cyclists but also to a broader audience of healthy lifestyle enthusiasts.

This project has become special for the city and its people. Alongside the homes in 'Gubernsky,' social and transport infrastructure was developed, as well as landscaping. All of this was created based on the comprehensive development concept established by YugStroyInvest from its earliest years. During construction, we considered numerous factors, focusing primarily on residents' needs. People want kindergartens and schools nearby, pleasant places to walk with their children, and spaces for sports activities. 'Gubernsky' has become just that—comfortable and cozy. Today, more than 35,000 people live in 'Gubernsky.' The district is especially popular with families with children. A school and three kindergartens have been built here. For the youngest residents, engaging playgrounds were designed, while modern sports zones were created for teenagers and adults. I wish all our new residents a happy and comfortable life!
